There IS such a thing as a free lunch –

that is, a free lunch-time workout!

Gaye Evans is a personal trainer with a great attitude to exercise [and coming from me, that’s really saying something!] Her approach to exercising is to make it an accessible part of everyday life – her exercise classes most commonly happen outdoors, or on the beach at sunrise, using nearby park benches and railings for ‘gym equipment’.

I’m delighted to hear that she’s adding a couple of lunchtime sessions to her schedule:

Next week there will be a session at the Botanics (Centre of NZ) Wednesday 12.30 to 1.15.

The following week (and there after) there will be sessions Mondays and Wednesdays 12.30 to 1.15.

These first two weeks are FREE, just turn up and join in, and they genuinely are suitable for all levels of fitness – even the non-existant level!!

Bring a water bottle, although there is a water fountain there.
